What is the Colour Dash?
Our Colour Dash promises to be an event for all - accessible and inclusive!
It will be a vibrant, exciting and accessible one [1], three [3] or five [5] kilometer dash around the Ngataringa Sports Fields in Devonport, Auckland.
Participants, known as Dashers, begin the race in white attire and get covered in a spectrum of colors throughout their dash. By the end, everyone is a moving canvas of bright hues.
But the fun doesn’t end at the finish line! The celebration continues with our Colour Carnival.
A lively picnic filled with music, dancing, photo opportunities, activity booths, and vendors. It’s an unforgettable post-dash party you won’t want to miss!
What to Expect on the day and for the event!
1km, 3km, or 5km Dash
On the day, choose the distance that suits you best.
Funky Colour & Obstacle Zones
Get showered in non-toxic, biodegradable coloured powders as you dash through different colour and obstacle zones stations along the route.
The Colour Carnival
After the dash, stick around for the Colour Carnival, featuring music, dancing, fun activities, photo ops, and a sausage sizzle.
Super Fun for All Ages
A family-friendly event where everyone is welcome.
Celebrate Inclusivity
Accessible and inclusive, designed for participants of all abilities.
